How do I get my statements?
We send e-statements every other month via the patient portal. You'll receive an email when they're available—please ensure your email is up to date. Payments can be made online.
How do I get a receipt for my payment?
A receipt will be emailed to you after each online payment. For in-office payments, please request a receipt from our front desk staff.
