At Lifeskills Counseling Services, our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-based group therapy and intensive outpatient care that empowers individuals to build lasting recovery and resilience.
As a sister practice of Prizm Behavioral Services, we offer a seamless continuum of care — from psychiatric evaluation and medication management at Prizm, to structured group and IOP programming here at Lifeskills.
