Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive Support,
Flexible Structure

Our CARF-accredited IOP provides the intensive therapeutic support you need while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities — work, school, and family.

What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured level of care that sits between standard outpatient therapy and inpatient/residential treatment. Participants typically attend 3–5 days per week for several hours each day, receiving a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatric support.

Unlike inpatient treatment, IOP allows you to return home each evening — making it ideal for individuals who need intensive support but can maintain a safe home environment.
